Justin Spaulding is an entrepreneur, businessman, author, CEO of Prime Painters, Co-Founder of SG Realty, Co-Founder of Mixed Animal Veterinary Associates North America (MAVANA), Co-Founder of MyPetDoc.
Justin grew up as an athlete and became an NCAA All-American running back. After his quest for a professional roster spot ended, he wanted his athletic career to be a springboard into the next phase of his life. Keeping his athlete mindset, work ethic and mental toughness, Justin began building his sales skills immediately out of college and got involved in a leading direct sales company in 2012. Within 18 months he grew his sales team to the top 0.5% of the company. His early success allowed him to fund his future businesses.
Justin bought his first real estate investment in 2013. As of January 2021, he has completed more than $138,000,000 worth of real estate investment transactions. Justin has raised more than $31,000,000 of 3rd party investor funds - all of which have been successfully invested into cash flow producing property. He has successfully gone full cycle and exited from 3 portfolios and 8 properties. Most recently, in January 2021, he successfully raised $10,000,000 of investor equity for a $33,000,000; 218-unit purchase in Madison, Wisconsin and in June 2021 raised $8,000,000 of investor equity for a $28,000,000; 178-unit purchase in West Allis, WI.
Today, Justin is the CEO of Spaulding Group, an operating equity that operates 934 apartments, 3 medical buildings and multiple private equity investments from accredited individuals and high net worth family offices. Justin was also the CEO of Prime Painters, a residential, commercial and industrial painting company that he started in March of 2020.
In addition, Justin is the host of "The Justin Spaulding Show", a podcast and video series about entrepreneurship, real estate, money and personal finances, and author of "The Sure Thing - Build Wealth In Real Estate", which is his personal memoir.
Justin is an inductee of the University of Dubuque Athletic Hall of Fame.
