Holding a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Matt’s educational background empowers him with a comprehensive understanding of both human behavior and business dynamics, enabling him to effectively implement best practice HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
