As Chief Operating Officer, CJ Wessel leads the strategic direction of the company. CJ is a hands-on leader in real estate management, development, property acquisition and disposition, and the firm's day-to-day portfolio operations in all asset classes. With over two decades of proven success, CJ brings effective management, market intelligence, and strategic strategies to exceed income and occupancy goals.

CJ is responsible for providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the company has the proper operational controls and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Her expertise has been instrumental in implementing expense-reduction and revenue generation measures while building high performance teams through training and coaching.

CJ is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin and holds a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. She also earned her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association.
